How to connect your phone to Zain Mobile Internet

1. Call Customer Care on 113

2. Send an SMS with the word “internet phonebrand model' to 232 eg "internet sonyericsson P910i" to receive your settings. For more details click here.

3. Accept, install or save the settings that will be sent to your phone by sms. If asked for a Pin, please use '0' or '0000'

4. To browse the internet, go to the internet / Web icon on your phone. Enjoy the internet.

How to connect your computer to Zain Mobile Internet

You can connect your computer to the Zain Mobile Internet service using a GPRS enabled phone over a Bluetooth or USB cable connection. You may also use a Data card or USB GPRS data modem which is sold at every Zain shop across the country.

Zain Mobile Internet Broadband Value Proposition (BBVP) is a prepaid, subscription based internet service which allows customers to pay upfront (between 3 and 12 months) for their preferred bundle service plan, and depending on the number of months involved, customers can enjoy discounts as high as 20%. It is available to all Zain and Non-Zain customers.

Zain BBVP customers have access to high speed internet connectivity with the additional flexibility of multiple pre-payment plans. The service is also available to the Mass Market, High Value Individuals (HVI) and SME segments.

The Zain BBVP offers the following features:

• Multiple prepayment (3, 6 and 12 months prepayment option) with up to 20% discount
• Most cost-effective and flexible bundle Service Plans to suit your Internet needs
• Simple, Fast, Mobile and Easy-to-use Internet services for Smart phones, Laptops and Desktops in offices or homes
• Access to the Zain data network, with seamless handover between GPRS/EDGE and 3G zones.

How the Service Works:

This service is available to everyone(whether you are an existing Zain subscriber or not).

• It is based on our existing Zain Bundle Service Plan. It only offers additional payment discounts to customers who are willing to pay upfront for the Zain Mobile Internet Service.
• BBVP is ONLY sold and activated in Zain Shops Nationwide. It cannot be activated using a code like the other monthly bundle Service Plan.
